  1. General Provisions
    1.1. This public contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer Agreement”) is an official offer by Synthego Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), a company registered at Alkonoou 24, Suite 202, Panorama Bldg A, 4046 Limassol, Cyprus, with VAT# CY10383213B (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), addressed to any capable individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”), and contains all essential terms of the agreement for the provision of online education services.
    1.2. This document constitutes a public offer, and upon acceptance of the terms outlined below and payment for the services, the individual accepting this offer becomes the Customer. Acceptance of the offer is equivalent to the conclusion of the contract on the terms set forth herein.
    1.3. By making payment for the services, the Customer guarantees that they have reviewed and accepted all terms of this offer as presented in this document, as well as the pricing indicated on the Provider’s website https://hubcenter.net/en.
  2. Terms and Definitions
    2.1. Acceptance of the offer — full and unconditional acceptance of the offer, which occurs when the Customer pays for the services ordered on the Provider’s website. Acceptance signifies the conclusion of the Offer Agreement.
    2.2. Offer Agreement — the contract between the Provider and the Customer, published on the internet at: https://hubcenter.net/en.
    2.3. Services — online educational courses, lectures, consultations, and other materials provided by the Provider via the website https://hubcenter.net/en in the fields of medicine, healthcare, cosmetology, and biotechnology.
    2.4. Website — the online resource https://hubcenter.net/en, which provides access to the Services, their descriptions, costs, and usage conditions.
  3. Subject of the Agreement
    3.1. Under this Agreement, the Provider undertakes to grant the Customer access to the Services, and the Customer undertakes to pay for them in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
    3.2. Services are provided in the form of online access to materials (videos, texts, tests) through a personal account on the website https://hubcenter.net/en.
    3.3. The Services are of an informational and educational nature and do not constitute medical assistance or diagnosis under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
  4. Procedure for Providing Services
    4.1. Access to the Services is granted only after 100% prepayment by the Customer in accordance with this Agreement.
    4.2. The duration of access to the Services is specified on the Provider’s website and begins upon activation of the personal account following payment.
    4.3. The Provider offers technical support regarding access to the Services via email at info@hubcenter.net.
    4.4. The materials of the Services constitute the intellectual property of the Provider. Copying, reproduction, distribution, or any other use of the materials without the written consent of the Provider is prohibited and may result in liability under EU Directive 2001/29/EC on copyright.
  5. Payment Procedure
    5.1. Payment for the Services is made by 100% prepayment to the Provider’s bank account.
    5.2. The payment date is considered the date when funds are credited to the Provider’s bank account.

      5.4. The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of payments made.
  6. Refund Conditions
    6.1. Refunds for paid Services are not provided under any circumstances, including the Customer’s change of mind, non-use of access, or dissatisfaction with the quality of materials.
    6.2. The Customer confirms that they have reviewed the description of the Services, their content, and the terms of this Offer prior to payment, thereby waiving any claims against the Provider after acceptance.
  7. Assurances and Guarantees of the Parties
    7.1. The Provider assures and guarantees that it is a duly registered company with the authority to provide the Services.
    7.2. The Customer assures and guarantees that they are at least 18 years old, are capable, and have the right to enter into this Agreement.
  8. Liability of the Parties
    8.1. The Parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the laws of the Customer’s jurisdiction within the European Union.
    8.2. The Provider is not liable for technical failures caused by the Customer’s equipment or internet connection.
  9. Duration of the Offer Agreement
    9.1. The Offer Agreement takes effect upon payment by the Customer for the Services and remains in force until all obligations of the Parties are fulfilled.
    9.2. The Provider reserves the right to amend the terms of the Offer by publishing an updated version on the website https://hubcenter.net/en at least 1 day prior to the changes taking effect.
  10. Miscellaneous Provisions
    10.1. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Customer’s jurisdiction within the European Union in a court of competent jurisdiction.
    10.2. The Customer consents to the processing of personal data (full name, contact details) for the purposes of this Agreement in compliance with EU GDPR 2016/679.
